The Iguassu Falls is a BEHEMOTH, straddling both Brazil and Argentina. Four times bigger than Niagara, Iguassu Falls is both an awe-inspiring and frightening spectacle to witness: that's 3 million gallons of water powerfully crashing down Devil's Throat or La Garganta del Diablo.

I can't even comprehend the majesty of this massive waterfalls so I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

High and dry at the Brazilian side of Foz do Iguacu.

It looks massively scary from this vantage point .... Look at the force of all that water!!

It trumps even Niagara Falls, so much so that Eleonor Roosevelt remarked: "Poor Niagara!"

It's even more ethereal up close!

Look at that beauty! It's like a grand mural.

Of course, the best way to experience the falls is to get hopelessly WET. And you can do it in two ways:

1) Walk the planks of the Brazilian side, where you can peer down into powerful chasms of swirling energy.

**WET DOG LOOK*** My GoPro was no match for the watery spectacle!

2) Cross into the Argentinian side and take a speedboat right INTO the falls for the wildest ride of your life and the ultimate Iguassu thrill!

It's all fun and games until we get into the eye of the monster falls!

Feel the power of the mighty Iguassu!!!! Needless to say, we got an unexpected shower. :)

Nature and adventure all packed into this amazing natural wonder that is simply astonishing - what more can you ask for?

HAPPY TRAVELS! x
